Our client are a busy company with an established customer base and a reputation for industry leading customer service, as a result of increased sales they are recruiting a Weighbridge Administrator to assist with the day to day running of a busy office.

Working as part of a small team the successful candidate will be responsible for

  • Managing and operating weighbridge systems to accurately measure and record weights
  • Ensuring compliance with weight regulations and industry standards
  • Communicating with drivers and logistics teams
  • Measuring and recording weights of incoming and outgoing materials or goods
  • Providing clear and precise information to drivers and relevant personnel
  • Maintaining accurate records of weighbridge transactions

Criteria

  • Experience in weighbridge operation advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • IT Literate
  • Attention to detail for precise record-keeping and data entry
