Our leading client in the Dungannon area require a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

They are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding service and results for landlords while also contributing to our property sales division.

What You’ll Do:

• Register and understand applicants’ property search requirements.
• Book and conduct property viewings.
• Provide timely and constructive landlord feedback.
• Generate offers and secure lets.
• Ensure compliance with pre-tenancy procedures and administration.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in lettings or estate agency.
• People Skills: Natural rapport builder with a genuine interest in people.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Organisational Flair: Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Resilience & Drive: A commercial mindset and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Versatility: Willing to assist with other office tasks as needed.
• Driving: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
