Our established Dungannon based client are recruiting a highly motivated and organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy multi-site buisness.
The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring that the business runs smoothly by overseeing the administrative, financial and customer service functions.
This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and experience leading a team. In treturn the successful candidate will benefit from

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management including overseeing daily operations including finance duties, appointment scheduling and liaising with other sites.
- Staff supervision and HR duites including recrument, employee performance reviews & rota management
- Primary point of contact for customer enquiries, addressing issues and ensuring customer satifcation and retention levels are maintained.
- Ensure KPIs for the business are met including compliance checks, regulatory requirements and auditing.
- Marketing duties to include promotional activities and business awareness
Personal Specification:
- 5 Years previous experience in a similar role
- Abililty to demonstarte excellent people amanagement skills
- Highly organised and IT literate
- Excellent communiaction skills
