Our client is an established and successful distribution based in the Dungannon area with a customer base spanning throughout Europe. Due to continues expansion they require an Account Co-ordinator to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to gain experience in a busy and fast moving company that can offer the opportunity of career progression.

Reporting to the Account Manager key duties will include:

  • Working as a team with your dedicated Account Manager to improve customer satisfaction
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Use of Freshdesk to manage customer queries and resolutions
  • Help customers use our online ordering portal and process orders
  • Account administration including pick note creation, reports, stock/order adjustments, order entry, and processing exchanges
  • Internal and external reporting
  • Oversight of operations to ensure client SLA’s are being achieved
  • Work with other departments to provide support and meet deadlines
  • Ensure all necessary endeavours are taken to achieve business and personal KPI’s and Objectives
  • Overall management of lower value accounts e.g. you will be the main point of contact in all matters related to your customers concerns and needs, and take full ownership of the management of your account(s)
  • Be involved in Customer planning, critical path management and forecasting providing up to date information on your account to our Planning Manager
  • Scheduling regular calls and review meetings with your customers and any associated preparation work involved
  • Ensure minutes are taken at all customer meetings and circulated to all involved
  • Taking ownership of the workload required, providing timely responses internally and externally to ensure your customer’s satisfaction
  • Provide support to your Customer Service Representative colleague when required

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in a sales or customer service role for at least 12 months
  • Informative, friendly and positive attitude
  • Demonstration of taking initiative and ownership
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with problem solving skills
  • Able to work strongly in a team, or independently
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
